Simplified EBIOS Risk Analysis
Simplified risk analysis using the EBIOS method — inspired by the EBIOS 2010 method and the ANSSI homologation guide.
Presentation
In a few minutes, perform a simplified risk analysis with an action plan. Ideal for:
- SMEs starting a risk management approach
- CISOs who want a quick snapshot
- Preparation for system homologation
- Awareness for management
The EBIOS method
EBIOS (Expression of Needs and Identification of Security Objectives) is the ANSSI risk management method.
Steps of the simplified analysis
- Context: define the scope, essential assets
- Feared events: identify what could harm the organization
- Risk sources: threats and vulnerabilities
- Scenarios: risk source / target objective pairs
- Treatment plan: security measures to implement
Result
At the end of the analysis, you get:
- A mapping of your risks
- A prioritization (critical, high, medium, low)
- A prioritized action plan
